About the role
- Assist with leads prospecting, supporting sales and partner processes.
- Help maintain and update customer databases (Hubspot) and internal documentation.
- Assist in project management for cross-functional Go-to-Market projects (planning, coordination, documentation, follow-ups).
- Support the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives defined by the Commercial Leadership Board.
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for management reviews and board discussions.
- Manage and maintain our PowerPoint database, ensuring consistency, version control, and alignment with brand and content standards.
- Contribute to market and performance analyses to support data-driven decisions.
- Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to the team’s daily operations.
Requirements
- Open, reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over individual projects.
- Interest and passion for cybersecurity and the culture of a fast-growing scale-up culture.
- University graduate or final-year student in a relevant field (business development, marketing or similar).
- Advanced competency in Microsoft PowerPoint (preferably with prior internship experience, especially in consulting) and other MS Suite products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English).
- Experience working with a CRM (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce) is a plus.
