Business Development Rep

• Assist with leads prospecting, supporting sales and partner processes.
• Help maintain and update customer databases (Hubspot) and internal documentation.
• Assist in project management for cross-functional Go-to-Market projects (planning, coordination, documentation, follow-ups).
• Support the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives defined by the Commercial Leadership Board.
• Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for management reviews and board discussions.
• Manage and maintain our PowerPoint database, ensuring consistency, version control, and alignment with brand and content standards.
• Contribute to market and performance analyses to support data-driven decisions.
• Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to the team’s daily operations.
