About the role
- Provide technical guidance and support for the creation of industry standards (DIN, CEN, ISO).
- Identify opportunities and enhance the use of analytics platforms.
- Define and implement tools to improve customer experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and applications teams to support customers.
- Lead pilot projects and partnerships to meet operational requirements.
- Develop and deliver training, enablement resources, and technical guidance.
- Translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in environmental/industrial monitoring, chemical industry, medical sterilization, or regulatory agency.
- Strong analytical skills for regulatory interpretation and business translation.
- Solid knowledge of EU environmental compliance (HAPs, EtO, VOC).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in English and German required; other European languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
- Must already hold a valid authorization to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship available).
