Mechanical Engineer

• Own the design portfolio for Industrial Solutions and establish visual, interaction, and workflow standards across products.
• Understand industrial customer workflows, map user journeys, identify friction, and translate complex operations into intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with PM to build and refine product prototypes before engineering implementation.
• Make targeted production code contributions to implement or refine UI and interaction patterns.
• Review production PRs for design and UX fidelity and catch implementation drift.
• Own and evolve the Industrial Solutions design system, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Work closely with product management and engineering to ensure shipped products match design intent.
