Lead and facilitate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and approve Engineering Change Orders.
Supervise the Change Coordination team, providing coaching, direction, and workload prioritization.
Ensure engineering changes are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established procedures.
Monitor ECO dashboards and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in Engineering Change Control or a related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of PLM/PDM and ERP systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and execute structured processes.
