Own and manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) lifecycle from initiation through closure.
Review ECOs, ECRs, deviations, and new part requests for accuracy and completeness prior to CRB review or CAD release.
Facilitate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
Train engineers on change documentation standards and governance requirements.
Maintain accurate BOMs, revisions, and product configurations in PDM and ERP systems.
Ensure controlled release and communication of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to assess change readiness.
Drive ECOs to full closure, validating inventory disposition, system updates, approvals, and production implementation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), configuration management, and implementing product changes through PDM and ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
Experience coordinating engineering changes across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, revisions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with structured data and reports.
Ability to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at the Cypress, CA headquarters.
