About the role

  • Management of simple and/or complex corporate and/or commercial law matters;
  • Drafting documents related to corporate lifecycle events (incorporations, various statutory amendments, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations…);
  • Drafting documents related to restructuring transactions (sales of control, transfers of businesses, increases/reductions of share capital, mergers, partial contributions of assets, TUP (universal transfer of assets), …);
  • Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases…);
  • Supervising and/or handling the annual legal compliance of companies;
  • Supervising and/or handling the formalities related to completed transactions;
  • Managing client relationships for assigned matters.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Law and Taxation (e.g., DJCE/DESS or equivalent);
  • Significant experience in a similar position, ideally gained in a law firm or an accounting firm;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • A genuine team spirit;
  • Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments;
  • Positive, meticulous, and possessing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
