About the role

  • Managing a portfolio of quality SMEs, conducting full-scope reviews — 100% paperless
  • Managing tax elections and associated regulatory obligations
  • Producing monthly dashboards and quarterly reports for precise business monitoring
  • Delivering high-value advisory services, acting as a trusted partner to business owners
  • Preparing personal income tax returns (IRPP) for a diverse clientele
  • Supervising a team of 2 to 5 staff, with a strong mentoring and knowledge-transfer role

Requirements

  • Accounting qualification (BTS, DCG, DPECF, DECF, Master CCA, MSTCF, DESCF, DSCG, DEC)
  • Minimum of 8 years' solid experience in a professional accounting firm
  • Client- and team-oriented, rigorous, organized and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
