About the role
- Support entrepreneurs in securing the long-term viability of their businesses
- Improve their economic, human (people) and societal performance
- Assist them with strategic thinking, decision-making and project implementation
- Contribute to the support of Business Development, Sale, Transfer and Acquisition projects
- Conduct company diagnostics within its operating environment
- Prepare and formalize business plans
- Perform valuations of companies and commercial assets
- Advise on legal and tax optimization
- Provide management consulting: break-even analysis, financing, organizational optimization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) — e.g., business school or IAE, with a specialization in finance or in the accounting/expertise track
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to adapt and communicate with a variety of profiles
- Curiosity and a learning mindset
- Capacity to take initiative with confidence
