About the role

  • Management of a portfolio of successful SMEs, performing full reviews — 100% digitized (paperless)
  • Management of tax options and associated regulatory obligations
  • Preparation of monthly dashboards and quarterly reports for detailed business monitoring
  • High-value advisory assignments, acting as a trusted partner to company leaders
  • Preparation of personal income tax (IRPP) returns for a diverse client base
  • Supervision of a team of 2 to 5 staff members, with a strong mentoring and knowledge-transfer role

Requirements

  • Accounting qualification (BTS, DCG, DPECF, DECF, Master CCA, MSTCF, DESCF, DSCG, DEC)
  • Minimum of 8 years' substantial experience gained in an accounting firm
  • Client- and colleague-focused, rigorous, organized and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
