About the role
- Work with business owners (micro-enterprises and SMEs) and their teams
- Help entrepreneurs sustain and secure their activities
- Improve economic, human and societal performance
- Support projects for business development, sale, succession and acquisition
- Conduct company diagnostics, prepare business plans, perform business valuations, and optimize legal and tax structures
Requirements
- Higher education (business school, IAE with a finance specialization, or the accounting/chartered accountant track)
- Proven experience in a similar role (position open to trainee chartered accountants)
- Strong technical skills
- Good listener with strong interpersonal qualities
- Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with diverse profiles
- Curiosity
- Ability to take initiative with confidence
