About the role

  • You are responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the work produced
  • You may be called upon to carry out exceptional legal assignments
  • You analyze and propose legal structures: capital increases or reductions, drafting leases, company formations involving the contribution of a business (transfer of a going concern), legal opinions and consultations

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+4 level education (equivalent to a Master's) in corporate law (e.g., Maîtrise) or DJCE
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate law role
  • Required technical skills to perform this position
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Responsive and rigorous
  • Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills
