About the role

  • Ensure the technical quality of work produced
  • Carry out complex or ad hoc legal assignments
  • Analyze and propose legal structures: capital increases or reductions, lease drafting, company formations involving contribution of a business (fonds de commerce), legal studies and opinions.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Bac +4 in corporate law (e.g., Master’s level) or DJCE
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate law role
  • Strong interpersonal and drafting skills
