About the role
- Ensure the technical quality of legal work performed
- Handle ad hoc and complex legal assignments
- Analyze and propose legal structures and arrangements: capital increases or reductions, lease drafting, company formations involving the contribution of a business (transfer of a trade/business), legal studies and opinions
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+4 (four-year) degree in corporate law (e.g., maîtrise) or DJCE
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate law role
- Necessary technical/legal skills to perform this position
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills
