About the role

  • Ensure the technical quality of legal work produced
  • Analyze and propose legal structures and solutions: capital increases or reductions, drafting leases, company formations involving contribution of a business (fonds de commerce), and prepare studies and legal opinions

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bac+4 level degree in corporate law (e.g., Maîtrise) or DJCE
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate law role
  • Strong interpersonal and drafting skills
