About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the technical quality of completed legal work
  • Analyzes and proposes legal structures: capital increases or reductions, lease drafting, company incorporations involving contribution of a business, legal research and consultations

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+4 level education in corporate law (e.g., Maîtrise) or DJCE
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate law role
  • Knowledge of taxation is desirable
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and drafting skills
