About the role
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate commercial property details
- Maintain an updated knowledge of available properties, pricing, amenities, and locations
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and property requirements
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales or property consultant team
- Maintain records of calls, client information, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling or call centre (real estate experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and/or local language
- Persuasive and confident phone manner
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
