About the role
- Reporting to the Director – Channel Sales, the Channel Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of channel partner engagement.
- Responsible for leading strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth.
- Expand NEXTGEN’s share of wallet within an assigned partner portfolio.
- Strengthen and deepen key partner relationships.
- Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities across NEXTGEN’s full vendor portfolio.
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a channel environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
- Customer-centric mindset with business instinct and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the ANZ ICT channel industry is highly advantageous.
- Passionate about tech and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Autonomous and adaptable self-starter.
