About the role

  • Reporting to the Director – Channel Sales, the Channel Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of channel partner engagement.
  • Responsible for leading strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth.
  • Expand NEXTGEN’s share of wallet within an assigned partner portfolio.
  • Strengthen and deepen key partner relationships.
  • Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities across NEXTGEN’s full vendor portfolio.
  • Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a channel environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
  • Customer-centric mindset with business instinct and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the ANZ ICT channel industry is highly advantageous.
  • Passionate about tech and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Autonomous and adaptable self-starter.
