  • Operate independently within clear daily activity expectations
  • Consistently hit monthly performance targets

Requirements

  • 8–20 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Prospecting, Appointment Setting, B2B Technology, Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, or Industrial Sales
  • Confident, composed objection handling
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Strong daily discipline and self-management
  • CRM experience (preferred, not required)
