About the role
- Initiate high-quality outbound conversations with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders using prospect data provided by our team
- Book qualified meetings that meet clearly defined buyer criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
- Operate independently within clear daily activity expectations
- Consistently hit monthly performance targets
Requirements
- 8–20 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Prospecting, Appointment Setting, B2B Technology, Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, or Industrial Sales
- Confident, composed objection handling
- Executive-level communication skills
- Strong daily discipline and self-management
- CRM experience (preferred, not required)
