About the role
- Provide a high level of customer support to internal & external teams, issuing quotes, assisting with renewals and purchase orders, and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary (may include financing help, deal registration, and deliveries/logistics)
- Act proactively regarding renewals, identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Responsively and accurately maintain and exceed SLAs
- Use your consultative selling and analytical skills for outbound phone/email communications with assigned accounts
- Understand a diverse range of vendor products and ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date
- Ensure that CRM database is up-to-date with the correct opportunity status
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and efficient
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify a client’s needs and respond accordingly
- Willing to work during PST hours
- Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent (Preferred)
- Previous use of NetSuite and CRM systems (Preferred)
