About the role
- Support the Sales Operations team for Fortinet in Germany
- Ensure smooth processing of quote creation and order preparation
- Coordinate between Sales, vendors/manufacturers, and internal operational teams
- Ensure data accuracy in NetSuite and verify the completeness of all quotes
- Align with Account Managers regarding quote approvals and margin checks
- Request and follow up on manufacturer quotes and stock confirmations
- Communicate directly with Fortinet to obtain pricing, approvals, and Special Bids
- Support customers, manufacturers, and internal teams with status updates and documentation
- Track and manage Deal Registrations (DR) in accordance with vendor guidelines
- Ensure high data quality and track open quotes and orders via dashboards or reports
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Account Managers to optimize workflows
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration, order processing, or sales operations — ideally in IT distribution or at a manufacturer/vendor
- Speed, reliability, and a strong service orientation
- Excellent time-management and task-prioritization skills
- Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and administrative accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent German and English language skills
