About the role
- Manage administrative HR tasks across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and professional development to termination of employment
- Prepare payroll-related data for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Reliable data maintenance and administration in our HR systems (e.g., Workday) with strong attention to detail
- Serve as a point of contact for our team members
- Coordinate and document occupational health and safety matters
- Administer and communicate our benefits offerings
- Liaise with public authorities, health insurers, and statutory accident insurance organizations
- Support and provide administrative handling of recruiting processes
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or a completed degree with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in comparable roles
- System-savvy and confident with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Extensive experience working with an HRIS
- Solution-oriented and detail-focused working style
- Strong interpersonal skills, trustworthiness, and discretion
- Knowledge of employment, tax, and social security law — especially for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — is desirable
- Fluent in German and English
