About the role
- Administrative HR tasks from employee onboarding through personnel development to termination of employment
- Preparatory payroll processing for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Reliable data maintenance and administration in HR systems (e.g. Workday) with a keen eye for detail
- Point of contact for team members
- Coordination and documentation in the area of occupational health and safety
- Management and communication of benefits offerings
- Communication with authorities, health insurers and employers' liability insurance associations
- Support and administrative management of recruiting processes
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training, a degree with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
- At least two years' experience in comparable positions
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Extensive experience using an HRIS
- Solution- and detail-oriented working style, strong interpersonal skills, trustworthiness and discretion
- Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law, especially for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, desirable
- Fluent in German and English
- Friendly, confident and professional demeanor; reliable and customer-oriented
