About the role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A professional to join our team.
- Play a key role in driving financial performance and providing insightful analysis.
- Partner closely with regional and country leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Report to the Regional Finance Director with a dotted-line reporting to the Group FP&A Director.
- Act as a preferred point of contact for analysis of the performance of the business.
- Analyze trends growth and profitability for the resellers and vendors of the region.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs for the region.
- Prepare bonus calculations for key management.
- Support the country finance teams in financial closing process.
- Lead annual budget process for the region.
- Work with management and Group Vendor Management teams to build financial investment plans.
Requirements
- Has between 7 and 10 years of work experience.
- Initial experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or transaction services) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PowerBI is required.
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite and OneStream is preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time within the region.
