About the role
- Manage hardware, software, and IT assets across multiple locations
- Provide end-user support for Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, and Office 365
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, antivirus maintenance, and use helpdesk ticketing systems
- Manage and secure mobile devices (iOS/Android) including enterprise encryption
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and meet service expectations and SLAs
- Manage Windows devices via Active Directory and related tools
- Deliver excellent internal customer service through clear communication and relationship-building
- Remain adaptable in a dynamic IT environment and provide off-hours/weekend support as required
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Valid working permit for full-time work in the Netherlands (preferred for citizens/PR)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Experience with Office 365
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP and VPN
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Intune
- Experience managing mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Experience with antivirus solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Availability for off-hours or weekend support when needed
