About the role
- Responsible for business systems design and configuration, upgrades and improvements for applications
- Design and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Identify issues in the application area and work to resolve them
- Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Liaise with business systems stakeholders
- Provide end-user production support
- Serve as a subject matter expert of assigned applications
- Review project statuses and issues with project leadership
- Act as delegate for leadership regarding incident or problem resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience as outlined
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
- Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
