About the role
- Maximize potential and the use of the product in territory
- Potential driven key account management
- Deliver selling messages and provide high-level customer service
- Engage with gynecologists, oncologists and pathologists in Hospital and office-based accounts
- Build and maintain understanding of customer needs and develop key account records
- Work autonomously in cooperation with national sales manager
- Travel to cover territory and attend conferences/meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success promoting complex products in specialty care or oncology/diagnostics
- Proven key account management, selling skills and strong customer focus
- Excellent understanding of cancer care in Germany in hospital and reimbursement setting
- Communication skills in English
