About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake sessions and sourcing strategy to offer management and onboarding
  • Own multiple open requisitions simultaneously, primarily for IT, Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cloud, and DevOps roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage senior and niche tech profiles using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Conduct interviews in English and Spanish, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Mentor or support more junior recruiters when needed, setting best practices and quality standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven background in staffing/recruitment agencies (mandatory)
  • Strong experience recruiting technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, Data, Cloud, etc.)
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and market mapping
  • Ability to manage high-volume and high-priority requisitions in parallel
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to work under deadlines and changing priorities
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
