• Telephone and written customer support on topics such as grid usage agreements, heat pumps, PV systems, wallboxes and feed‑in
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a strong service orientation
• Escalating complex cases to specialist departments and closely coordinating to find solutions
• Acting as a communication interface between internal departments and external partners, including administrative tasks
• Contributing to projects aimed at process optimization

• Responsible for the further development and maintenance of CRM systems, customer portals, and web applications
• Independently analyze requirements from business units and develop appropriate technical solution proposals
• Actively contribute to the design and implementation of digital customer processes in close collaboration with the team and business units
• Document processes, interfaces, and system architecture in a structured manner
• Support quality assurance and perform tests together with the business units
• Support the rollout of new systems and tools and ensure a smooth transition
