Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment, ideally in Fintech or tech
- Fluent in English and Russian — strong communicator, not just functional
- You've built sourcing systems, not just done sourcing
- You're commercially sharp — you can position a role and a company, not just send CVs
- Detail-oriented and self-driven in equal measure
- You're curious about Fintech and want to get deep into the space
