About the role

  • Conduct presentations and explain the value proposition to potential partners.
  • Find and onboard new partners through LinkedIn, market research, community engagement, and networking.
  • Participate in key conferences across Europe to expand professional contacts and engage in industry discussions.
  • Test new partner acquisition channels to optimise business growth.
  • Close deals and hand over partners to operational and accounting teams.
  • Develop and implement a scalable partnership program to drive company growth.
  • Collect market feedback and provide valuable insights to the product team.
  • Manage the partnership funnel in CRM, with regular status updates.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management within fintech, payments, or relevant industries.
  • Strong network and industry connections in iGaming consulting, travel, luxury retail, or payment services.
  • Experience in high-risk markets, with a focus on building partnerships and expanding business into new sectors.
  • A deep understanding of the fintech and crypto payment landscapes, with a particular interest in driving growth in emerging markets.
  • Proficiency in both Russian and English is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
