About the role
- Lead a team of Alliance Managers / Proposal Managers function
- Responsible for Just-Evotec Biologics portfolio of customer projects, driving consistent execution via robust and scalable processes.
- Proactively develop mechanism for systematic collection of customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Responsible for implementing project execution process improvement, drive best practices for timeline estimates, project budgets and financial forecasts to support team with the help of PM function
- Continually improve project execution forecasts, models, and decision-making tools
- Advise management on capacity for new work and potential resource bottlenecks
- Provide analysis and visualization of portfolio scenarios to enable decision making
- Assist Finance team with forecasting and revenue projections
- Improve business procedures and workflow for ensure compliance with policies
- Recruit and develop staff to meet the needs of a growing company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life-science, business, or related field
- MS in life sciences field preferred, MBA preferred
- Prior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO, CRO or Biopharma companies
- Minimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential information
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction, matrixed environment
- Familiar with working in an international environment a benefit
- Experience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Process Development / CMC experience a plus
