Manage cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services.
Ensure all IT operations comply with industry regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.
Experience with FDA CFR 21 Part 11 is essential.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a biotech or regulated environment
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Expertise in network and firewall security, including experience with Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar technologies
Proficiency in storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, FDA CFR 21 Part 11)
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
