Requirements

- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools.
- Experience in developing training programs and onboarding frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Skilled in leveraging data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Proven ability to manage team members and lead global initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
