About the role

  • You take responsibility for the technical delivery of exciting ServiceNow projects.
  • You enjoy designing and implementing complex solutions that meet customer requirements and generate real value.
  • You proactively engage with clients and work to build trust.
  • You are experienced in configuring and implementing custom applications/modules.
  • You work closely with colleagues to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in an IT-related field or a strong vocational qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules.
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex scenarios.
  • ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with the Scrum framework is a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues.
  • Independent, solution-oriented thinking.
  • German and English language skills are required to work in our international team.
  • Willingness to travel 30% to 50%.
