Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, responding to RFIs/RFPs, presentations, and contract negotiation, following a structured, paced process.
Be responsible for a revenue target that directly contributes to the company's growth objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients by sharing trends, insights, and best practices to help them remain competitive.
Develop and approve project briefs, providing guidance and direction to account and project teams.
Regularly participate in industry events in Montreal and across North America, leveraging your market and prospect knowledge to build a community around our work.
Lead and take part in presentations and other activities aimed at strengthening relationships between the agency and its clients.
Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership.
Forecast and track account key performance indicators, reporting on status and active opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of account activities using CRM tools and client reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in an agency or professional services environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs in the context of agency services.
Proven expertise in new business development.
Strong knowledge of digital best practices, technologies, and trends — experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source technologies is an asset.
Experience managing client relationships and serving as an escalation point.
Comfortable with public speaking, event participation, and presentations.
Ability to define objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
