About the role
- Manage all large-scale sales and operations activities or a major support sub-function offering specialized services to Desjardins Group
- Administrate unit’s service offer, develop and implement business plan, and oversee activities supporting strategic orientations
- Define strategic priorities with the vice-president
- Develop and deliver the administrative department’s business plan
- Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization, and diversity
- Ensure implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
- Manage individual and team performance
- Continuously improve management processes
- Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
