Do you enjoy planning memorable events, building relationships, and creating engaging marketing content?
In this role, you will organize events, support partnerships and sponsorships, coordinate marketing campaigns, and produce high-quality content—whether social posts, newsletters, or event promotions.
You will represent Evolving Web at events and help raise the visibility of our brand through compelling storytelling.
Coordinate projects across teams and work closely with marketing, sales, design, subject-matter experts, and external partners to ensure strong alignment and synergy between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Contribute to the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, web).
Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for multiple channels: websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters (HubSpot), ad copy, and event promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create audience-focused, impactful stories that showcase Evolving Web’s expertise, culture, and community engagement.
Ensure brand, tone, and message consistency across all internal and external communications.
Represent Evolving Web at events, ensure they run smoothly, and maintain relationships with partners and attendees.
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Identify target audiences and customer segments using analytics data to inform content and campaign strategies.
Develop marketing strategies for Evolving Web and its events.
Manage event logistics and event marketing to ensure successful conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and trainings.
Handle event details: venue research, vendor coordination, registration management, and logistical oversight (both online and in-person).
Support event promotion through email marketing, web content, and social media campaigns.
Evaluate performance: track attendance, measure engagement, and prepare post-event reports to assess success.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, content writing, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with experience in content marketing and copywriting.
Ability to craft persuasive messaging and adapt it for different audiences and platforms.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms for contact management, newsletters, and campaigns.
Willingness to travel regularly to attend conferences and events across North America (6 to 10 trips per year within Canada and the United States).
Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate clearly in French (an asset).
