About the role
- Support in finding, selecting, and hiring top talent
- Pre-screening applicants according to clear guidelines, including sending acceptances and rejections
- Conduct initial interviews using a fixed interview structure
- Work according to clearly defined exclusion and rejection criteria
- Relieve management of day-to-day HR and recruiting operations
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting / HR
- Excellent people skills and a strong instinct for assessing candidates
- Enjoys clear processes and structured work
- Fast, conscientious working style, even under pressure
- Proactive approach and ability to identify tasks independently
- Reliability, attention to detail, and high quality standards
- German at C2 level, spoken and written
