Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting / HR
  • Excellent people skills and a strong instinct for assessing candidates
  • Enjoys clear processes and structured work
  • Fast, conscientious working style, even under pressure
  • Proactive approach and ability to identify tasks independently
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and high quality standards
  • German at C2 level, spoken and written
