About the role
- Expanding customer base, growing the sales pipeline, and achieving individual sales targets
- Managing customer and strategic relationships to strengthen Evolv’s presence
- Collaborating with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Business Development, etc.) to find, nurture and close business
- Representing Evolv at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Maintaining accurate sales activity records
- Driving enterprise-level deals and managing complex sales cycles
Requirements
- Motivated sales professional
- Ability to articulate value proposition across various customer segments
- Understanding of Evolv’s sales and MEDDPICC process
- Ability to create targeted strategies for engaging top accounts
- Capacity to drive net-new opportunities and qualify leads
- Proven ability to develop key Tier 1 accounts
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Capability to conduct high-impact client conversations and presentations
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with channel partners
