About the role

  • Expanding customer base, growing the sales pipeline, and achieving individual sales targets
  • Managing customer and strategic relationships to strengthen Evolv’s presence
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Business Development, etc.) to find, nurture and close business
  • Representing Evolv at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity records
  • Driving enterprise-level deals and managing complex sales cycles

Requirements

  • Motivated sales professional
  • Ability to articulate value proposition across various customer segments
  • Understanding of Evolv’s sales and MEDDPICC process
  • Ability to create targeted strategies for engaging top accounts
  • Capacity to drive net-new opportunities and qualify leads
  • Proven ability to develop key Tier 1 accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Capability to conduct high-impact client conversations and presentations
  • Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with channel partners
