Drive annual/long-range planning process with CFO and CEO; translate strategy into OKRs and decision memos.
Run internal operations and organic investment reviews using ROIC/NPV scorecards; recommend rebalance actions and drive follow-through with ELT.
Collaborate with ELT and junior staff across all functions on related Company goals.
Build theses and target pipeline with ELT; maintain deal cadence and reporting.
Own M&A stage gate process, due diligence orchestration, and executive decision points.
Stand up an Enterprise PMO for cross-company programs, including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) (pricing/CPQ/Rev Cloud, ERP/CRM handoffs).
Manage the Board preparation and follow up materials across the ELT; ensure concise, decision-oriented content.
