About the role
- Engage with new prospects and build demand for AI-based weapons screening solutions
- Work closely with account executives to define territory plans and prioritize accounts
- Collaborate with marketing to build awareness and execute outbound campaigns
- Qualify end user prospects and deliver highly qualified sales opportunities
- Manage prospect pipeline and maintain data integrity within Salesforce CRM
- Attend trade shows and live events to engage with prospects and customers
- Measure and refine outbound approaches (messages, cadence, channel) to optimize results
- Tackle all inbound inquiries in the region
- Serve as a resource for industry news and territory developments
- Report to Senior Manager of Business Development and collaborate within Business Development team
Requirements
- Experience with prospecting tools (Sales Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, Hubspot, 6sense)
- Strong prospect research, campaign design, cadence building, lead engagement tracking, and pipeline management skills
- Ability to have meaningful conversations about security concerns
- Salesforce expertise
- Comfortable attending trade shows and live events
- Ability to own lead qualification process and manage pipeline
- Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and field marketing
- Must be based near Waltham, Massachusetts or in a major metro market in the East region of the US (ability to commute to HQ as needed)
