About the role
- Review and analyze AL/GL claims, applying your knowledge and experience to advise on the best course of action.
- Collaborate with our AI development team to train and refine our expert AI software, guiding it towards making optimal claim decisions.
- Utilize specialized tools to examine claims and provide recommendations on the actions to be taken.
- Help educate the AI system in recognizing nuances and complexities of AL/GL claims.
- Help ensure the AI software adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and ethical considerations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AL/GL regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance in training the AI.
Requirements
- 15-20+ years experience in AL/GL within a top US Carrier is needed.
- The ability to work within Google Sheets to complete proper labeling and share relevant notes.
- Must be able to dedicate anywhere from X hours a week to the role. EIQ can offer very flexible hours.
- Act as an AL/GL Expert (SME) to our Product & Executive team.
- Proficiency in using various software and technology tools for claims management. Working knowledge of Guidewire solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an ability to interpret complex claim details.
- This is a contract role with an expectation of working hours 5-10 weekly.
- Hours may increase depending on the needs of the business.
