Full-stack Engineer

• Architect systems and write the code that makes them real, bringing EvolutionIQ's AI-native products into CCC's auto casualty business.
• Dig into complex, sometimes messy legacy systems; decide what to rebuild, replace, or keep; and drive that work hands-on.
• Build backend architectures that hold up in production, moving between fast prototypes and stable, long-lived systems, with AI and agentic tools core to how you work.
• Set the engineering standard (best practices, design docs, code reviews, consistency) in close partnership with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering.

Staff Software Engineer – Insurance Tech

• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products, spending the majority of your time writing production code.
• Modernize existing systems by working through complex legacy platforms while contributing to new product development and scalable backend services.
• Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development, improve engineering productivity, and rapidly prototype new ideas.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive applications while contributing to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Product Designer

• Own the design of new 0-1 products and expand on existing products, from discovery through launch, and continuous improvement and innovation always top of mind
• Partner with Product and Engineering to act as a thought leader in shaping strategy and driving execution
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate customer and business needs and domain constraints into clear, usable product experiences that drive business outcomes
• Navigate tradeoffs between user needs, data, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements while still delivering the best solution possible
• Present and articulate design decisions using product thinking, design frameworks, research insights, and data to influence direction and decision-making at multiple levels
• Contribute to and advise on the evolution of our design system and shared patterns to support consistency, quality, and scale
