• Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Structured ICP account strategy
• Primary focus on initiating conversations — not just sending emails
• 30–50 structured cold calls per day (quality > quantity)
• Build and maintain ICP account lists
• Buying center mapping
• Schedule qualified initial meetings
• Multi-channel sequences to complement calling
• Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
• Documentation in the CRM
• Continuous optimization of messaging & call scripts
