About the role
- Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
- Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Structured ICP account strategy
- Primary focus on initiating conversations — not just sending emails
- 30–50 structured cold calls per day (quality > quantity)
- Build and maintain ICP account lists
- Buying center mapping
- Schedule qualified initial meetings
- Multi-channel sequences to complement calling
- Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
- Documentation in the CRM
- Continuous optimization of messaging & call scripts
Requirements
- Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent phone-based conversational skills
- Affinity for AI
- Clear, concise communication
- High resilience and tolerance for rejection
- KPI-oriented
- Structured, organized working style
- Fluent in German and English (business fluent)
- B2B SaaS experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience with complex buying centers (nice-to-have)
- Basic technical understanding (nice-to-have)
