About the role

  • Monitor the health of the client portfolio, identifying risk signals and acting proactively to prevent churn;
  • Create specific action plans for clients at high risk of churn;
  • Establish and implement loyalty programs for the client portfolio to promote engagement and retention;
  • Produce weekly status reports of open requests and share them with managers;
  • Monitor requests and track pending items, ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to delivery deadlines;
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills;
  • Handle routine customer interactions, answering questions and providing personalized, ongoing support focused on customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution;
  • Conduct scheduled follow-ups with inactive clients to re-engage them;
  • Review the demand pipeline daily and prioritize urgent cases;
  • Implement appreciation actions, such as personalized post-project emails;
