About the role
- Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
- Participation in customer meetings and — with increasing experience — gradual responsibility for own meetings
- Travel for customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
- Cross- and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM system (Workday)
- Coordination and collaboration with related areas such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training in an IT-related field
- Some professional experience in IT sales is a plus
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
- Motivation to learn and work on new topics
- Confident user of MS 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and English skills at least at C1 level
