About the role

  • Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
  • Participation in customer meetings and — with increasing experience — gradual responsibility for own meetings
  • Travel for customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
  • Cross- and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
  • Maintenance and updating of the CRM system (Workday)
  • Coordination and collaboration with related areas such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training in an IT-related field
  • Some professional experience in IT sales is a plus
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
  • Motivation to learn and work on new topics
  • Confident user of MS 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and English skills at least at C1 level
