About the role
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
- Participation in customer meetings and—with increasing experience—gradual takeover of own appointments
- Travel for customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
- Cross-selling and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system (Workday)
- Coordination and collaboration with adjacent teams such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT
- Initial professional experience in IT sales is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
- Motivation to learn and work on new topics
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German; English skills at minimum C1
