About the role
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Design and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships.
- Implement and manage ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Configure and maintain MID Servers for Discovery and integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
- Monitor CMDB health dashboards and perform regular data audits.
- Work closely with infrastructure, operations, and development teams to maintain CMDB standards.
- Support ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for CMDB and ITOM-related issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 Years of experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration and management
- Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Experience in MID Server configuration and management
- Knowledge of CI lifecycle, CI relationships, and CMDB data governance
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and basic scripting (JavaScript/Glide)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) preferred
